Wait times, shipping & returns 

Order wait times

All 'Ready to Ship' orders will be shipped within 5 days of purchase.​

Commissions or 'Make to Order' pieces will have a 4-6 week wait. For urgent order requests or to discuss a commission, please email hotknotsbylibby@gmail.com

Shipping costs

All orders are shipped using Royal Mail 2nd Class (2-3 days) and will be shipped within 5 days of receipt of order.

Returns

I accept returns on 'Ready to Ship' orders only. 'Make to Order' and commission pieces are final sale unless there are faults with the item.

Returns must be unused and returned in original condition in order for a refund to be processed. All refunds must be requested within 14 days of delivery.


Hot Knots by Libby is not be responsible for the cost of return postage.
